The Dickel Brothers
Headlining this year's Folk Fest. "The Dickel Brothers, from Portland, OR. play in the sweet and rowdy tradition of an old time string band. They are here to offer you a good helping of early American living as they capture the stories of stills and barn dances."

This is a true folk festival in that any folk musician can perform. No musicians are paid except for the guest band, the Dickle Brothers, which are being sponsored by the Nome Arts Council.

A sound system will be set up. Live music only -- no recordings!

Playing time will be divided evenly among performers; sets will last about 30 minutes, depending on how many groups sign up. It's OK to play just a song or two.
You can download a PDF copy of the musician's form here.

The Nome Midnight Sun Folk Fest also needs food Vendors!
Want to raise some funds for your group and have fun doing it?
