If you have any general questions or concerns, the dispatcher on duty can answer your questions at 907-443-5262.

If you wish to file a commendation with us or praising a staff members actions, please contact the Chief of Police at 907-443-8519 or City Hall, 907-443-6663 and ask to speak with the City Manager.

If you need to file a complaint regarding the Nome Police Department in any manner please print and fill out the complaint form found under "Forms", you may send it to us in these ways:

• Email it to the dispatcher on duty and they will forward to the Chief of Police or the Sergeant on duty.
• Email it to the Sergeants.
  • Emails can be found in under the staff directory for Nome Police Department
• Physically bring in the complaint form at the Nome Police Department
• FAX the complaint to our fax 907-443-2266
• Email to the Public Safety Advisory Committee at publicsafetycommission@nomealaska.org

Below we have also attached our Public OPM release. The OPM is currently undergoing revisions due to the accreditation process, once that is complete an updated Public OPM will be released.
