  • Payments are prioritized according to vendor payment terms.
  • Invoices submitted for payment should reference a valid Purchase Order number.

  • The City of Nome requires all new vendors to submit a current W-9 Form – Request for Taxpayer Identification Number. This form must be completed, signed and submitted to the address above. W-9 forms can also be faxed to (907) 443-5349 or emailed to finance@nomealaska.org. Failure to submit this form could result in delayed payments.
