            The City of Nome will receive sealed proposals to perform independent audit services for the City of Nome, a first class, general law municipality in Nome, Alaska.

Interested persons may receive an RFP package by registering with the Finance Director by email or phone at 907-443-6620. Bid Documents will be available November 11, 2021.

One complete set of Documents will also be available for review at The Plans Room, 4831 Old Seward Hwy # 202, Anchorage, AK 99503, 907-563-2029.

            The deadline for submission of sealed proposals is December 15, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. local time. Proposals must be submitted to the Finance Director through the Clerk’s Office at City Hall.  Proposals must be submitted in triplicate in a sealed envelope and marked clearly on the envelope as:

Fax and email submissions are not allowed.  The proposal review committee will evaluate proposals based on the criteria described in the RFP. A Notice of Intent to Award is expected to be issued on January 7, 2022.

            The contract will be awarded to the proposal that best suits the needs of City of Nome as determined by the proposal review committee.  The City of Nome reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities, and to reject non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids.
