Bid to Furnish Aggregate Material for Road and Pad Surface Repairs to City of Nome

The City of Nome will receive sealed bids to supply 4,000 tons of Crushed Aggregate Material for Road and Pad Surface Repairs.  Interested persons may receive a bid package by contacting the City Clerk by phone at 907-443-6663 or by email at dgrimmer@nomealaska.org.  Contract documents will be available after 2:00 PM, August 29, 2024. Interested bidders shall register with the City Clerk to ensure proper distribution of addenda.  A valid e-mail address must be provided.

One complete set of bid documents will also be available for review at The Plans Room, 4831 Old Seward Hwy # 202, Anchorage, AK 99503, 907-563-2029.

            The deadline for submission of sealed proposals is September 12, 2024 at 3:00 PM local time and shortly thereafter the bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.  Bids must be submitted to the City Clerk at the Nome Public Safety Building.  Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked clearly on the envelope as “Bid Enclosed: Furnish Crushed Aggregate Material for Road and Pad Surface Repairs to City of Nome” along with the name and address of the bidder.  Faxed and e-mailed submissions are not allowed. 

            The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified Bidder as determined by the City.  The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive irregularities in the proposals.
