EMERGENCY VEHICLE REPAIR/MAINTENANCE
The City of Nome is accepting bids for emergency service vehicle repair and maintenance.
Interested persons may receive a bid package by registering with the City Clerk by email at bhammond@nomealaska.org, phone at 907-443-6663, or by fax at 907-443-5345. Documents will be available by July 14, 2022.
One complete set of Documents will be available for review at The Plans Room, 4831 Old Seward Hwy # 202, Anchorage, AK 99503, 907-563-2029. Another complete set will also be available for review at The Associated General Contractors of Alaska, 8005 Schoon Street, Anchorage, AK 99518, 907-561-5354.
The deadline for submission of sealed proposals is Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. local time and shortly thereafter the bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids must be submitted to the City Clerk at City Hall. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked clearly on the envelope as “Bid Enclosed: Emergency Vehicle Repair/Maintenance”. Fax and email submissions are not allowed, but timely modifications by fax and email will be permitted.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified Bidder as determined by the City. The City of Nome reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to reject non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids.
