Utility Billing

The Nome Joint Utility Service office is the place to start if you have a billing question, need to establish a new service, are moving to a different location, need to report service outages, or need other service-related assistance. The Nome Joint Utility Customer Service Office is located at the BSNC ("Old Federal") Building, 112 Front St. Suite 110.

  • Bills are due in full by the 25th of the month.
  • A 1% finance charge will be assessed if payment is not received by the due date.
  • Services are subject to disconnect of a statement is overdue by more than 15 days.
  • Disconnect notice delivery fee and service reconnect fees may apply.
