Services and Fees

Please Note: All of our services only take exact cash or check; we have no cash on hand or card reader, we offer the following:

• We offer Fingerprinting as long as there is an Officer available to complete them at the time of the request.
  • $20.00 for the first card and second card $15, we have the cards on file and use LiveScan fingerprinting.
• We offer a copy of your Police Report as long as it has been approved and reviewed by a supervisor. To start the process please call city hall at 907-443-6663 and complete a record request. Be advised some reports may not be releasable due to the status of the case, and or may be redacted due to the Privacy Rights Act.
  • $15.00 Per Report
  • $25.00 Per Report/w CD
• We offer a Civil Service charge for out of state agencies requesting service or assistance in paperwork service.
  • $50.00 Civil Service Charge
• We offer FREE Bicycle Registration
  • You may print the form and bring it into NPD, please look under "Forms" for the bicycle registration form
  • Or you may just stop by NPD to fill out a registration form
